Departure from Kalpitiya by Boat
Guests should arrive at our boat yard in Kalpitiya before departure. Upon request, we can arrange transfers between your hotel and our boat yard. Morning safaris depart from Kalpitiya at 5:30 AM, while afternoon safaris start at 11:00 AM.
Arrival at the Wilpattu Side (Gange Wadiya)
After the boat journey, guests will arrive at the Wilpattu-side boat landing area in Gange Wadiya. From there, we arrange a short transfer by tuk-tuk or van to the entrance of Wilpattu National Park.
Start of the Jeep Safari
At the park entrance, guests can purchase the safari tickets at the ticket counter. Your safari jeep and driver will meet you there and the jeep safari inside the park will begin.
Return to Kalpitiya or Transfer to Another Destination
After the safari, guests can return to Kalpitiya using the same boat transfer route. If you prefer to continue your journey to another destination, we can also arrange private transport from the Wilpattu entrance to any locations.
